Developing a breakable alliance with these tribes is quite a useful thing to do. They develop to a very limited extent, with small armies and single territories. These are local tribes. Usually harmless, and they mind their own business. Occasionally, you might see 2-3 civilisations located somewhere at the centre of the entire map, even though you did not intend to include these when starting the game. So make sure you bring in a powerful army to eliminate them.ģ. A word of caution: Usually, these Unique Units are comparatively more powerful than any unit you might possess, irrespective of East or West factions. This is where your army needs to step in and eliminate the guards (who are the Unique units themselves), and then capture the building, so you can create your own units. Once you’ve gathered enough of units into an army, enough to defend yourself, try capturing one or more of these Unique Buildings. This comes at a cost though. But hey, West has it’s own perks over the East once it starts to develop. Creating that many Javelins isn’t affordable at the beginning. If you are of the East faction, send out 3-4 of your peasants to each of these resources to collect.
